Wall tie surveys are free of charge to home owners within a 50 mile radius of Rye, East Sussex. We have a standard survey charge of £75.00 plus VAT over the 50 mile distance, to cover costs.

We are members of the Wall Tie Installers Federation, all our wall tie installations are covered by a 25 year insurance backed guarantee. This is the only guarantee that is recognised and accepted by all Building Society's, if you are buying or selling a property.

No, our rates are calculated on measured hole rates.

Yes, if the project requires us to have flexible working hours to complete the job satisfactorily eg. Tidal Work, Church Services etc

No, we work alongside Structural Engineers, carrying out their repair recommendations and working to specification in their reports. However, over the years we have worked with numerous Structural Engineers and would be happy to recommend, where possible, an independent engineer in your area.
